Cheesy Malai Kofta

I always love to make this dish for my kids because they just love to have it.. and this one is specially made for kids . I still remember the day when my kids hate to eat Malai Kofta whenever we used to go to any Restaurent. So one day I decided to make it at home and will give a new twist to without not adding any spices.

So here I am sharing with you too..because my kids just loved it when I made it first day at home. And gave a name Cheesy Malai Kofta to it.

Here is the Ingredients for gravy –

Cashewnut – 2 tbsp

Watermelon seeds – 2tbsp

Onion -4-5 pcs

Milk – 1 1/2 cup

Water – 1 cup

Salt -‘According to taste

Garam Masala – According to taste

Cheese – Grated 1 cup

Cream -1 tbsp

Butter – 2 tsp

grated cheese – For Decorate

To make Kofta –

Potato – 4-5 grated potato

Mawa – 1 Small cube

Paneer – 1 small grated

Salt – According to taste

Garam Masala – According to taste

Chat Masala ( Optional )

Cornflour – 1 /2 tbsp

Oil – for frying

For Kofta – Method

Mix all the ingredients except cornflour and give it a round shape then wrap it with cornflour and deep fry it in oil in medium flame and keep aside

For Gravy – Method

Make a paste of onion, watermelon seeds & Cashewnuts together then in a pan add butter and then pour the gravy , by adding water and fry it till the butter separate and then add milk and cream , salt , garam masala and atlast add grated cheese .

Add kofta at the time of serving in gravy always 🙂
