Cornflakes Pakode

One day I was sitting in my balcony and was listening to my favourite music , as it was a rainy day , suddenly my door bell rang , when I open the door , I was so surprised to see…them ! Yes ! Its my childhood friends – Sonal, Anamika , Vandana..  I saw them after the long gap of 12  years… we all sat and started talking about our school memories and all..and specially about the pakoda which my mom always made for us.. So we all thought to make it that day . by giving a new twist and add oats to it . We all went to my kitchen and started making it.. . It was so yummy and crispy that we make it thrice times .. and enjoyed the evening with it.. it was really a memorable day of my life

INGREDIENTS-

Curd – 1tbsp

Suji – 1 tbsp

Oats – 1tbsp

Cornflakes -1tbsp

Cornflour – 1 tbsp at the time of frying

Chopped onion – 1pc

Chopped tomato – 1pc

Grated carrot – 1pc

Salt – according to tatste

Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Garsm masala – 1/2 tsp

Green chilli paste – 1/3rd tsp

Corriander leaves

METHOD

Mis all the ingredients and give a shape of pakoda and and dusted with cornflour then fry it and serve with podina chutney or tomato sauce 🙂
