1) AVOID DRINKING WATER BEFORE MEALS:
Drinking water before the meals can fill your stomach thus making it harder to get in enough calories.
2) PUT PLENTY OF CARBS AND FAT ON YOUR PLATE:
Try to eat plenty of high-carb and high-fat foods if your goal is to gain weight. It is best to eat plenty of protein, fat and carbs at each meal also make sure to eat at least three meals per day and try to add in energy-dense snacks whenever possible.

Eat protein rich foods on a regular basis. Try adding full fat cheese to your meals and other foods such as peanut butter and honey as these foods are high on calories and can help you increase your overall caloric intake. You can also use milk powder to increase the calories in your recipe. Healthy oils, such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts are rich in nutrients as well as high in calories. Adding treats in your diet is also a good option.
4) CHANGE YOUR HABITS:
Make sure not to skip your breakfast. Eat solid meals and introduce larger portions at your meals. If you can’t eat huge meals, then you can eat smaller meals throughout the day but make sure not to skip your meals. Keep calorie-dense snacks such as mix of nuts and dried fruits, on hand and eat them whenever you feel hungry.
