My Handcrafted Saree Experience with iTokri

Hi friends!

How are you all? It’s been a while since I wrote a blog post here. Life got a little busy, but today I really wanted to share something special with you all.

Recently, I came across a beautiful brand called iTokri, a website known for promoting handmade and traditional Indian crafts. As someone who loves sarees and Indian heritage, I couldn’t resist checking it out. And guess what? I ended up buying a stunning handcrafted saree from their collection.

The Saree That Stole My Heart

The saree I bought is shown in the picture above. Isn’t it gorgeous? It has a lovely mix of royal blue, mustard yellow, and deep magenta, with golden thread work and traditional weaving. The colors are so rich and vibrant  perfect for any festive occasion or even a family function.

What attracted me the most was the beautiful handwoven pattern. It gives such a classy and timeless vibe. I could actually feel the hard work and love that went into making it.

My Shopping Experience with iTokri

Shopping from iTokri.com was very smooth. The website is easy to use, and they have a wide range of sarees, dupattas, jewellery, home decor, and more all handmade! My order arrived within a few days, nicely packed with a handwritten note and even a small gift, which felt really sweet and personal.

The saree looked exactly like the picture on the website. No color difference, no surprises  just pure happiness when I opened the package.

Fabric, Quality & Details

The saree is made of pure cotton-silk blend, which feels soft on the skin and is very light to wear. It’s not too heavy like some silk sarees, so you can wear it comfortably for hours. The golden zari work adds charm but doesn’t feel over-the-top. It also came with a blouse piece, so I didn’t have to worry about matching anything separately.

• Pure handloom craftsmanship

•  Beautiful color combination

•  Lightweight and comfortable

• Perfect for festivals or traditional events

• Comes with blouse piece

• Budget-friendly for a handcrafted saree

Final Thoughts

Honestly, I’m so happy with this purchase. If you are someone who loves Indian art, culture, and traditional wear, I would totally recommend checking out iTokri Their collection is full of soulful pieces that make you feel connected to our roots.
